view community, and sold Mon-
day to Texas Peanut Company,
Comanche.
Scott threshed a 25-acre pea-
nut field, and the yield was 25
per acre. The peanuts
tested 72, and were sold at $216
per ton. The peanuts were plant-
ed in March.

rodeo here,” says Belve Bean,
president of thte Comanche Rop-
ing Club which sponsors the an-
nual event, “because we’ve seen
this Sprott and Spence stock in
action, and just don’t believe that

ment is $210 per ton for Grade,

“Prospects for a good peanut
yield this year are favorable,” say

days would do much to improve
the yield. Most crops will make
