NEWS FROM CONROE. TEXAS.
A mo«t beautiful wedding took
place at Conroe, Tex., on Nov. 17. The
contracting parties were Mfss Blan-
che Betclson and Mr. Sam. Boyd. Our
pastor. Father Apel, performed the
ceremony. After the wedding a lun-
cheon was served at the home of the
bride's parents.
Services were held here last Sun-1
day. Since Father Apel has taken |
charge of our little congregation, we I
have services every third Sunday,
and the good priest is regular in at-
tendance: we have never been dtatin
pointed yet, although he attends
about half a dozen other missions.
The infant of Mr. Harris was bap-|
fixed here on Sunday. :

November 10. 11. 12 was the time
set for the home coming feast at
Yorktown. It certainly looked like a
“home town" on those days. The
crowds of people were the largest 1
ever known In the history of York-

orated and also well supplied with
plenty of good music and chows.
Among the Ylstorv were: Revq
