In last weeks “Look Who’s In
The Kitchen’’, a mistake was
made in the arrangement of one
of Dorothy Mercer’s recipes.
Donna’s Eggplant Casserole
does not call for cream cheese,
sour cream and cheddar
cheese Those ingredients are to
be put into the Lasagna
Casserole.

Mrs. Edna Stephens is our
featured cook today and is
sharing two recipes with us
that she brought back from
the Florida Keys where she
lived for six months before
coming back to Aransas
Pass two years ago.
The Aransas Pass native

bookkeeper for Thompkins
Young Real Estate. Her
spare time is taken up with
being the local chairman for
the Aransas Pass Adult

and keep it frozen.

Putting up the antenna for your TV
set or for the base station of your
CB radio can be dangerous unless
you take certain precautions.
Plan the project carefully if you in-
stall the antenna yourself. First,
know where all the power lines
are—then stay well away from
them. Any contact between a '
power line and you or your antenna
can be serious.
Don’t use a * ladder near power
lines—during an antenna installa-
tion or while performing any other
task. The danger from using a
metal ladder Is obvious. But a
wooden ladder can conduct elec-
tricity, too, If it’s damp or If It has
dirt or paint on It.
