Mountain. She died in 1950.
He married Gladys Burt Dec.
21, 1961 at Anson.
He was a member of the
Baptist Church and a farm,

Survivors are his wife; a
daughter, Mrs. Ann Collom
of Mineral Wells; three sons,
William L. Robertson of Ft.
Worth, George Burt of As.
permont and Lloyd Burt of
Aspermont; one sister, Mrs.
Thelma P. Parham of Lub.
bock; two brothers, R. W. of
Lubbock and Carl of Asper-
mont; six grandchildren and
one great-grandchild.

B District Science contest
held at O'Brien last Friday
morning. Old Glory had a
clean sweep with Steve Letz
1st, Weldon Spitzer 2nd, and
Regina Letz 3rd.
Friday night at Rochester
Dewey Dudensing won the
best actor award for his por-
trayal of the No 'Count Boy,
when Old Glory presented a
play by the name of "No
Count Boy" at the district
one.aet play contest. The
play itself placed third in
district competition. Other
actors in the play were Debra
Pierce, Regina and Russell
Letz. Steve Letz and Weldon
Spitzer were members of the
crew. Mrs. Cecil Klump dL

Mr. and Mrs. Sam Houston
of Abilene are paents of a
baby boy, Rodney David, born
Mar. 25. The maternal grand-
parents are Mr. and Mrs. H.
L. Boles. The mother is the
former Mary Boles. The
Houstons also have two daugh
ters, Patti June and Joanie.
