A Healthy Harvest:
Safe Handling of Fresh Fruits
and Vegetables Part 2
Last week we discussed the
importance of safe handling fresh
fruits and vegetables. I gave you
tips on how to select and store
fresh fruits and vegetables. I have
a few other tips that are impor-
tant when handling fresh fruits and
vegetables. It is also necessary
to follow theses next tips when
