STILLWATER, Okla.:—One
man had emigrated from Eng-
land a few years earlier; one
flew over from New Zealand;
two came down from Rhodesia.
Joining these were two South
Africans, to form Southern
Africa Bible School’s 1975 class
of first-year students. Remain-
ing intact for three years of
intensive training, the six were
graduated on December 4, 1977.
Two years 'earlier, five were
graduated; a year later, five

six hundred fifty present for one
of the evening sessions. Visitors
came from seven countries.
Among those present from the
United States were Mr. and Mrs.
Virgil Poe, of Houston, Texas.
Virgil is one of the elders of the
Memorial church in Houston,
which furnishes oversight and
support for the school, including
personal support of the Al Horne
family.

South West Africa, Swaziland,
Botswana, Rhodesia, and South
Africa.
Three additional pieces of
property have been purchased
within the past two years, for
staff and student housing. Full-
time teachers in the school are
Eldred Echols, Al Horne, and
Les Massey. Part-time instruc-
tors include John T. Hardin,
Jerry Hogg, and Arthur Engel-
brecht. A sizeable class of
first-year students is expected to
join the others to open the 1978
term in January, as the work
continues to grow in size and
influence.
The eleventh annual lecture-
ship, held in Benoni, South
Africa, in September-October,
