Beach wedding chapel. Long
Beach, Calif. The date being
October 26, 1940. Only attend-
ant at the wedding was Donald
K. Stine of Long Beach.
The bride, a blonde, was lovely.

blue velvet made along princess
lines. She wore black accessor-
ies and a corsage of pink rose-
buds. She is g graduate of the
Montague High School’, and dur-
ing her high school years she
was active in all sports. She was
awarded a gold star pin in 1936
as one of the 100 outstanding 4-H
Club workers in the state. She
is a graduate of the Shamburger
Select Business College at Dallas.
Until last May she was employed
and made her home in Montague.
For the past few months she has
been residing in Kansas City,
Mo.
Mr. Mover is a son of Mr. and
Mrs. A. Moyer of Bowie, and is a
graduate of the Bowie High
Schoo.l He was an outstanding, par] Hoetor Cirrlo

The Alice Bagby Circle of the
First Baptist Church met Tues-
day afternoon with Mrs. Robert
White for their regular Bible les-
son and business meeting. Mrs.
Joe Fulcher, leader, presided. The
circle will go to Uz Tuesday, No-
vember 12, and give their Royal
Service lesson and assist in re-
organizing a circle there. •

meeting were read and approved
and committee reports were read.
Plans were discussed for the next

day evening at 7:30 in tho Club
Room with Mrs. B. E. Watson
presiding. Mrs. Charlie Gant and

as new members. •
The club members plan to go
to Henrietta November 26 to pre-
sent a program for the music
club. Mrs. Daley gave a report
of the music convention that was
held at Vernon November I and
2 and reports were also given by
Mrs. Henry T. Ayres and Mrs.
Harry Karlsberg.
The club voted to sponsor a
series of three concerts during
the year directed by Robert
Hollinshead, concert manager.
Miss Inez Rudy led in the dis-
cussion “The Creative Process in
Music.” The following selec-
tions were enjoyed:
Piano solo, “Turkish Rondo
March in A Major was played by
Mrs. Archer; piano solo, “Ballet
Music,” Shubert was played by
Mrs. Bleakley and Mrs. Clarke’s
selection was '‘Theme and Varia-
tions" by eethoven. Mrs. Daley,
Mrs. Watson. Mrs. Golden, Mrs.
