Grand Jury’s Report.
“We have been in session nine
days and made diligent inquiry
as to offenses committed in this
county and have interrogated
333; as a result, we have found ||E
bills of indictments, towit: 10
felonies and 59 misdemeanors.
We find the condition of crime
on decrease, except to the viola-
tion of the local option whisky law
and the local optioiK^tocklawBB
We further find that the public
roads within the county are not
in good condition and we recco-
/mend that the county attorney
and the supervisors of public
roads look after this matter clo-
ser in the future.”
