urns CITY HICKS
'Tomorrow they will emerge into
- miracles I Right now they are the children of an
America busy at war. Ration stamps, War
Bonds, fathers and brothers in the armed forces
... these things, for the moment, are more im-
portant than their pleasures and pastimes.
Many of these little "city hicks" have never seen
a farm... never ridden on a load of fresh-mbwn
hay. It’s not much fun to travel now. But to-
morrow they’ll zip down to Uncle Bill's farm ...
any time... in sleek, new, even more comfdrt-
ably appointed post-war Rock Island ROCKETS!

A (pod example of what pro-
per feeding will do .is shown by
Morgan J. Love, of Route 2,
Bowie. He has fed five milk
cows a balanced ,ration since'
March of this year. He reports
that his cows are still making
good production of milk in spite
of the dry weather and short : i
dry grass. His cows are in good I
condition and he believes they j
will go through the winter on■
less feed and be in better condi-
tion to produce next year when ,
they freshen.
