Engineer Getting
Samples Of Stone
City Engineer Naylor has been (
busy today getting samples of rock
which it is thought may possibly prove
to be suitable for use in the street
paving work which is to be done here. '
Several proposed quarries near the
city have been Inspected and some
good qualities of rock found in some
instances. It is said that the rock
will be given suitable tests to deter-
mine its value for this kind of work.
