EFFECTIVE. Unlike many products,
, Pinkham's sanative Wash 5 NOT a
harmful, burning germicide. Instead
it's an excellent BACTERIOSTATIC
(the modern trend) which delightfully
cleanses, deodorizes.. inhibits bacterial
growth and discourages infection. Very
soothing to delicate membranes. Espe-
cially pleasing for marriage hygiene.

a beautiful memento of all
Fire life. Ceremonial gowns
are worn only at council fires and
are designed as Indian dresses, each
bit of ornamentation being an avard
of some achievement, from the aim-
pleat honor beads (of which there are
a great number) on to camp awards
and National Honor. The girls begin,
to work, on this gown as one of the*
, requirements of the third rank, the
Fire Maker’* Rank and Into it they
weave many of their ambitions both
future and aocomplished ones, until
it becomes in adulthood one of their
most chefished possessions.'

be listed as a vital war material.
Handle them gently and don’t hoard.
According to A. E MeGllberry.
ehairman of the Grimes County USDA
war board, the increased production
Of eggs in the nation has strained
the egg erate capacity, so the board
has been ar Red tin urge careful hand-
ling and rapid movement of all used
egg orates.
Chairman, MeGiiber iy listed six sug-
gestions fer. helping to keep egg
crates hom beceming a bottleneck
1. Open casps carefully, take care
of the lid so that it will be avallable
to’protect the eggs on the next trip
A strip of wood is not enough
2. Use care in removihg fillers,
they can be used again. B being >
caretui when you takre them out. .you
ate preventing easbrakage.
3, Replace flats and fillers in emp-
tted cases They are hard to obtain.
Otherwise put them into a clean, dry
place, A wet, dirty filler maydamage
your lot of fresh eggs.
4. Don’t drop cases, they take nails
and-exia time to repair .
5. Make every cargo anotho tvip,
if care eould make every case go to
market and back just one mor trip
it would help overcome , the shontage
6. Don’t hoard cases,- rentember
there are poultry producer.-: wha have
eggs-to move with nothing te pul
them in. Let that extra case go bud k
into cireulation yand there will be
enough for everyone.

horn*, these to be assembled and

To the parents and Civic Club
members who heard MUa Dively at
3 p. m thia charming speakershow-
ed how Camp Fire Girl* can be of
real assistance to th* war effort in
the fact thgt they are already organ-
ized in groups under leader*.' The
example was given of how citieson the
west edaat now using sandbags to
protect their buildings agalnet possi-
ble air raids, run out of bag«. The
Camp Fire Girls .were called in to
help and in a little while they ■ .bad
collected 4,000 sand bags for filling.
The children are’ most interested
when they can be engaged in some
project of-service, and when already
banded together in groups chat are
used to' working together they can
rerally render aid.
Camp Fire Girls is more than a
club because all the time the girls ate
enjoying the good ' times ‘of Camp
Fire they have the satisfying feeling
that there is a real purpose to what
they do. that the fun, indoors and
out, the things they learn, the friend-
ships they make and the new exper-
iences they have are'all making each
one a more and more attractive
lovable. Interesting and hppy per-
son. They will be more valuable to
themselves and to their community.

Did “Diamond Jim” Have
Stomach or Ulcer Pains?
It is hardly likely that Diamond Jim
Brady could have eaten co vora-
ciously if he suffered after-eating
pains. Sufferers who have to pay
the penalty of stomach or ulcer
pains, indigestion, gas pains, heart-
burn, burning sensation, bloat and
other conditions caused by excess
acid should try a 25c box of Udga
Tablet*. They must help or money
refunded.
