Mrs Sherwood Bishop was hos-

HEARD AT MEETING
The outstanding feature of the
Eastern Star meeting held Monday
night w .s the introduction of Mrs
Florrie R. Clark as a grand officer.
Mrs. Clark was appointed deputy
grand matron for district five dur-
ing the recent grand chapter meet-
ing in San Angelo.
The worthy matron of the local
chapter Mrs. E. E. Wilmeth gave
a report of the convention held in
Sa.i Angelo the past week
Following the chapter meeting a
social hour was enpoyed.
Delegates to the convention f-om
