heirs of Lilly B. Lamp deceased are
defendants and the cause of action be-
ing alleged as follows:
Suit for the sum of 8806.26. with In-

March 7. 1939. and reasonable attor-
neys fees due upon • certain special
assessment certificate No 112-3 and
1 coupon* Nos 3 and 4. issued by the
V City of Harlingen. Texas against Lots
W 7 * and 9 Block 44. in the City of
Harlingen. Cameron County. Texas and
for foreclosure of the Hen securing
■aid certificate and coupons upon the
•aid property and for costs of suit and
general and sepcial relief.
