The pioneering development of
management goals for Allen
schools reached another impor-
tant step Thursday night, as
some 50 representatives of the
community, schools, and educa-
tional consultants re-convened in
general assembly to formally
review the second drafting of
district-wide goals for 1980-85.
Directed by Superintendent of
Schools John Hom and guided by
East Texas State University
Education Administration
Department Chairman Dr. Doyne
McNew, the 3-hour long session
climaxed several months of work
by committee members, both in
