socially this is a very important
question and should be thought of
more seriously than it is. There are
people who think of the “city limits''
as the boundary to their every day
"world;" there are others who look
upon the “city limits'' as the boun-
dary of their efforts, and there are
many other imaginary peculiarities

towns where we live
