at work on a patriotic image gracing the north side of
of the Everybody's Furniture building on N. Jefferson
Ave. The mural is still in the early stages, with Freeman
in the initial phase of blocking in the colors, he said.
It will eventually cover an area approximately 13 feet
in height and 70 feet wide, and in addition to the flag
will contain the emblems for the different branches of
the armed forces and a patriotic message.

District Clerk, gathered for a photo during the Chamber of Commerce's "Meet the Candidates" event on Feb.
13. The gathering was held at Laura's Cheesecake in downtown Mount Pleasant. Early voting in the March
6 Primary election began Tuesday, and continues through Friday, March 2. According to Titus County elec-
tions staff, early voting hours on weekdays are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be special hours on Saturday,
Feb. 24 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) and Sunday, Feb. 25 (noon-6 p.m.). All early voting is done at the Titus County Elec-
tions Administrator's Office, 110 S. Madison in Mount Pleasant.
