tector of great sensitivity that increases the re-
ceiving range. Wave-length rango is 145 to
800 meters and can be inereased by the use
of honeycomb colls for which a plug has been
provided. The set includes tuning equipment,
tube receptacle, tube controls and headpiece
set with double receiving phones.
This unit is made for use with the Radio-
home Receiver. The instruments are contained
in a cabinet identical in size and finish to that
used on the Radiohome receiving set and bind-
ing posts are so located that this unit can be
readily connected to them. The head receivers
are connected to a phone plug which is plugged
into one of three Jacks provided on this in-
strument permitting the use of Detector only,
one step of amplification or two steps of ampli-
fication. A handsome, efficient instrument.

THE DeFOREST CRYSTAL SET
A simple, single circuit, crystal detector
receiver designed to receive signals on all
wave lengths from 150 to 800 meters. This
range takes in amateur, broadcasting and ship
stations. The instruments are cased in a hand-
some walnut finished cabinet. with carrying
handle, which contains space for "duolateral"
coils, head telephone receivers nnd pad and
pencil. A pair of 2200 ohm, army type head-
band receivers are furnished with this set.
