structor at Kelsey, the ten foot
windmill they have erected out

gallon tank on. a 20 foot tower,
and there has not been a day yet
that there has not been win
enonghto pump water. Wed-
nesday morning the tank was
almost Tll and yet hardly a
breeze could be noted on the
surface of the ground.
Itytooks as though the people
of Upshur county have been mis
sing an opportunity by neglect-
ing to erect windmills. As far
as is known, there are but two
windiills in the county, and the
one at Kelsey is the largest. The
