valuation is $15,440,316, as
compared to $5,219,990 fr
\ 1931 and $5,583,676 for 1930.
All of this gain, and perhaps
more, can be traced to* the dis-
covery and development of oil
in- the county. Since 1931‘s
valuation was less by $363,686
than that of 1930, it Is logical
to suppose that, but for the dis-
covery of oil, 1932 would have
shown a skill further decrease-
some time, and still was his

fense to have a poker game in
a private house that is your

The contention of the State
was that there was no cook
stove ther and that it was not
a home within the meaning of
the law.
The defendant* Stubbs, Tru-

by Attorneys Briggs and
Strangwaya.
..The jury returned a verdict
of guilty, and a fine of $10 and
court cost was assessed against
each. Attorneys filed notice of
funds to carry on the campaign B
and a strenuous efffort made
to sell medallions. (Chairman
Edwards of the campaign com-
