Albertina Anderson and the unknown
heirs of Mrs. Albertina Anderson, de-
ceased, and the unknown owner or
owners and to all persons owning or
having or claiming any interest in the
following described land delinquent to
the State of Texas and County of Gal-
veston for taxes, to wit:
Situated in the County of Galveston,
State of Texas, as follows, towit: Lot
Nofl 16, block N. W. Outlet No. 182,
in the City of Galveston, which said
land is delinquent for taxes for the
following amounts: $1.60 for State
taxes and $4.73 ’for County taxes, and
you are hereby notified that suit has
been brought by the State for the col-
lection of said taxes, and you are com-
manded to appear and defend such
suit at the October term of the District
Court, Tenth Judicial District, or Gal-
veston County, and State of Texas,
which said term begins on the first
Monday in Octobev, 1913, and show
cause why judgment shall not be ren-
dered condemning said land( or lot),
and ordering sale and foreclosure
thereof for said taxes and cost of suit.

That plaintiff and defendant were
legally married in Galveston, Texas,
on February 20th, 1908, and are now
husband and wife in law; that defend-
ant is a man of ungovernable temper,
indifferent and neglectful; that almost
during entire time since their mar-
riage defendant has been unkind,
harsh and cruel towards plaintiff, and
'that his cruelties continued up to
February 4th, 1913, when defendant
abandoned plaintiff, since which time
plaintiff has not heard of or from him,
and defendant’s cruelties and excesses
were of such a nature as to render
their further living together as hus-
band and wife unbearable and insup-
portable; that 'defendant is an invet-
erate gambler and has never support-
ed plaintiff since their marriage; that
defendant was indifferent to plaintiff
and neglected her continually; that
there was born to plaintiff and de- |
' fendant of this marriage one child, "

District, to be holden in and for the
aforesaid county of Galveston, at the
court house 'thereof, in the city of
Galveston, at the next regular term ot
said court, towit: on the first Mon-
day in December, 1913, then and there
