Dallas visited last Sunday in very capable song director
the home of Mi. and Mi s. L. for the Handley church of
Christ in Fort Worth.
Several of the Grandview
churches made numerous
visits to Itasca for the meet-
ing which closed last Sunday
night. Almost all the congre-
gation went in a group after
the 7:00 p.m. services and
were in Itasca for the 8:00
o’clock service, Sunday.
John Dodd and Nelda Sain
were united in marriage Sat-
urday August 16, at 8:00 p.
m. in the church building.
R. H. Beauchamp perform-
ed the ceremony. Several re-
latives and friends of the
couple attended the wedding
and a reception, at the home
of the bride, following the
wedding ceremony. The new-
lyweds will make their home
in Cleburne.
All Bible teachers are sche-
duled to meet Tuesday Aug- .
ust 19 at 8:00 p.m.. for the
purpose of improving teach-
ing abilities and class attend-
