After four weeks the CHIP program has come to an
end. CHIP stands for cardiac health improvement pro-
gram and was sponsored by several local Grandview
churches.
After taking this program myself I realized that no
one can go through this program and remain the same.
The program taught the participants not only ways to
improve their health but ways we can actually extend
their life expectancy though exercise, nutrition and
other life style changes.
On the last night of the CHIP classes everyone had
some positive story to share. Some has lost weight, oth-
ers had overcome serious health issues;
