Hospital Stays. You'll collect $2.250-00 a month, $525 -QQ a
week, $75-00 a day whenever you are hospitalized for any covered
sickness or accident. These benefits continue for as long as
you're inrthe hospital -- even for life.
0 N ' ’ . :
Your acceptance is guaranteed!: You cannot be turned down because
of age, poor health, or for any other reason.
$1 pays for your first full month. After that your premium is based on the
plan and benefit option you choose.-
In a moment I!11 explain how easy it is to enroll. But first, let me tell
you about some of the exceptional features of this policy:
Cancer And Heart Attack; Your benefits increase to $3.375; 00 a month
$787.50 a week, $112.50 a day when you're hospitalized for Cancer
or a Heart Attack. Higher benefits for higher expenses.
If you're like most people, you need this protection. Even if you already
have group health insurance or an HMO, most policies may pay only 80% of
your hospital bills, after you pay the deductible. Worse yet, some policies
don't cover outpatient treatment at all.
•That's where the OUTPATIENT PLUS HOSPITAL POLICY can help. It pays ON TOP OF
.any other benefits you may receive. To help fill those gaps in your other
insurance. . ■
And the good news about the OUTPATIENT PLUS HOSPITAL POLICY doesn't stop there.
This remarkable policy covers you IN and OUT of the hospital. As an INPATIENT
and’as.an OUTPATIENT. It's, two policies in one!
(This protection is also vital if you're without other insurance
-- say, when you're between jobs, or you join a new company and
you're not covered right away.)
Outpatient Treatments And Surgery. Doctors today are ordering
outpatient treatment MUCH more often -- for lab tests', X-rays --
even surgery. This policy pays you $100.QQ for each and every covered
treatment in the outpatient department of the hospital or a free-standing
surgical center. There's no lifetime limit to the benefits you can
receive. (See brochure for complete details.)
