The City Water Department has received some re-
quests for water to be furnished to residents living in
Mills County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1, out-
side the City Limits of Goldthwaite.
While the City Utilities are primarily an operation
for residents and taxpayers of the city, City Officials,
nevertheless, are concerned with the problems of resi-
dents of the water district outside the Citv Limits, and
it is their sincere desire to allow water service when and
wherever it is possible to do so.
In order to serve water customers in the water dis-
trict outside the city limits in a fair, equitable and im-
partial manner the City Council has authorized the
Water Department to allow service to those outside the
City Limits, but in the Water District, on the following
basis.

The Regular NROTC program,
which la designed to supple-

of the U. B. Naval Academy, or-

a young man to earn a regular
commission while studying at
one of the 52 NROTC colleges
and universities which he has
chosen. The Navy furnishes tu-

operating forces.
The program is open to male
high school seniors and grad-

who make a qualifying score
