Texas Gulf Producing Company Mellie Esperson Building houston, Texas Gentlemen: I met Mr. and Mrs. Larry Reed at my daughter-in-law's house last night and Mr. Reed informed me of the hotel at which he would stop in London and the time. I am hazy in my recollection of either the name of the hotel or whether the time he expected to be in London was the lth of May or the 24th of May. Could you phone me this information as I would like to transmit it promptly to my son Harris Kempner who is presently in Germany and who will probably be in London some time in May. It was in the hope of arranging a meeting that Mr. Reed gave me the information. 'e have a direct line to houston. 1 can be reached by your dialing 116 and asking for Rural 18. Yours very truly,
Kempner, Isaac H. (Isaac Herbert), 1873-1967.[Letter from I. H. Kempner to Texas Gulf Producing Company, May 1, 1954],
