ority vested in me as Trustee named

trust recorded in Vol. 88, page 420,
Dead of Trust Records’of Comanche
Count y. Texas, executed and deliv-
eredto me on November 2, 1925, by
G. K. Martin for the better securing
of the payment of twelve (12) cer-
tain promissory notes, notes Nos.
one (1) to eleven (11) inclusive be-1
ing for the sum of seven hundred
fifty az! No 100 ($750.00) dollars
each, and Note No. twelve (12) be-
ing for the sum . of two hundred
twenty-three and 23-100 ($223.23)
dollars, and due one each thirty days
in thirty (30) to three hundred sixty
(360) days from date respectively,
said notes mhore fully described in
said deed of trust executed by the
said G. K. Martin; said notes being
payable to the order of C. A. Jones
at Stamford, Jones County, Texas,
bearing six per cent interest per an-
num from date until paid, interest
payable annually as it accrues: and
providing that failure to pay any jf
eaid notes or any installment of in-
terest thereon when due, shall, at the
yoption of the holder of said notes
mature all of said notes, and in such
event the holder of said notes may
proceed to collect the same in the
same manner as if the full time pro-,
vided in said notes had expired, and
also providing for the payment of
ten per cent on the-amoimt of prin-
cipal and interest then due as attor-
sey fees If placed in the hands of an
attorney for collection, and given in
part payment for the purchase money
of a complete gasoline plant situated
and located near the town of Sipe
Springs in Comanche County, Texas
Mid gasoline plant being purchased
by the said G. K. Martin from the
said O. A. Jones, and being located
upon ten (10) acres out of the Nancy
Sector Survey near the town of Sipe
Springs in Comanche County, Texas
said ten acres being fully described
in deed of Trust from G. K. Martin
to H. G. Andrews, Trustee, dated
November 2, 1925, Recorded in Vol.
88, page 420 of the Deed of Trust
Records of Comanche County, Tex-
as, and
WHEREAS, the said C. A. Jones
is the holder and owner of said note s'
and the said G. K. Martin has made
default in the payment of the balance
due on Note No. Nine (9) amount-
ing to Forty-nine and 64-100 (49.64)
Dollars, and Notes Nos. Ten (10)
and Eleven (11) for the principal
sum of Seven Hundred Fifty and No
100 (8750.00) Dollars each, dated
November 2, 1925, and due two hun-
dred eventy (24)), three hundred,
(800) and three hundred thirty (330)
days after date respectively, and the
same are now past due and unpaid
principal, interest and attorney fees.
