arrests of enemy aliens and m suspects had been reported
to the department of justice tonight, and it was stated that the
government agents are convinced that they have the domestic
situation well in hand. Many suspected persona who have not
been arrested are under close surveillance by secret service agents
and they can be apprehended at once, at the slightest indication
