DEFENSE OF THE NEGEV
An Israel Independence War Play in 5 Scenes By YIGAL MOSSIN SOHN
— WEEKEND SPECIALS
in the morale of the defenders.
It took courage, perseverance,
and even stubbornness of the
few to instill faith, confidence,
and will “to go all the way"
to victory in the many.
Sam Wolfson fills the part
of the stubborn secretary and
later defense commander of
Negba, who holds out against
opposition which wants to give
up the fight, and lives to see
the dawn of victory but only
at the price of his own only
son.
