Bale issued by the clerk of the Dis-
trict Court of Travis County, on the
9th day of December, 1921, in a cer-
tain cause, numbered >8422, wherein
Rosa Mayer, executrix of the estate
of Otto Mayer, deceased, is plaintiff,
and Sidon Harris is defndant, in
favor of the plaintiff, for the sum of
($3,757.60) thirty-seven hundred, fif-
ty-seven and 64-106 dollara, with in-
terest thereon at the rate of eight per
centum per annum, from date of
judgment, together with all costs of
suit, that being the amount of a judg-
ment recovered by the said Rosa
Mayer, executrix of the estate of Otto
Mayer, deceased, plaintiff, in the Dis-
trict Court, Travis County, Flfly-third
District of Texas, on the 1Bth day of
November, A. D. 1921, 1 ha vs this the
14th day of December, 1921, levied
upon, and will, on the 3rd day of
January. A. D. 1921, at the Travis
County courthouse door in the City
of Austin, Texas, within legal hours,
proceed to sell for cash to the highest
bidder, all the right, title and interest
of Sidon Harris in and to the follow-
ing property, levied upon as the prop-
erty of said Sidon Harris:
