The City of GRANDVIEW______ is requesting proposals from
grant and management consulting firms to prepare an applica-
tion for a community development grant under the 1985
Community Development Program funded by the Texas Department
of Community Affairs and to assist the city in administra-
tion of the program should the grant application be approved
for funding. Selection will be based upon the firm's pre-
vious experience under the Community Development Program,
previous experience with the City, and knowledge of the
City's operation and needs. Interested consultants should
submit a proposed agreement to provide such services to the
City Secretary prior to _7:00n p.m., April _9th, 1985
along with a list of cities for which the consultant has
obtained and administered such grants in the past. The City
reserves the right to reject any or all proposed agreements.
