Shrine Chanters Popularity
Contest Has Five More
Entrants Today
Five entries Wednesday had
swelled to 14 the field in the Miss
. Victory campaign, popularity race
being conducted by the Shrine
Chanters of Moslah Temple. All
indications pointed to a list of 20
aspirants to the crown by closing
time for nominations at 6 p. m.
Friday.
The race is being held in asso-
ciation with a fireworks spectacle
to be staged in TCU stadium Tues-
day night, Dec. 6, by the Chanters.
Proceeds from the pageant will be
used to furnish Chanters' rooms
in the new Masonic Temple.
Miss Victory’s crown will go to
the candidate who sells the great-
est number of tickets for the py-
