cake was served by Mrs
Robert Adams. An assort-
ment of cakes, mints and
cookies was served with
coffee and punch. Mrs. L
J. Heimann poured the
coffee. while Mrs. John
Mieth served the punch.
Mr. and Mrs. Adams
were married on December
27, 1947 in Waller Their
son, Robert, and his wife,
Sandra, live in Orchard
with their son. Gregory.
Mr. Adams is employed by
the John Dore Co. and
Mrs. Adame by the Wallis
State Bank.

Teachers College in
Huntsville in 1938 and his
Master’s degree from the
University of Houston in
June 1991.
On June 22, 1930, he
was married in Trinity to
Miss Estelle Roach.
Before coming to Sealy
in the capacity of athletic
coach and principal, Mr.
Rench taught and was
principal in the Trinity
Common School District
from 1928 to 1942. In 1942
he came to Sealy for one
year, then joined the
Eagle Lake school faculty
in 1943, where he was
principal, coach and teach-
er.
In 1948 he returned to
Sealy and remained with
the local school system
since, serving as coach and
high school principal for a
number of years, and for
many years taught re-
lated math and geometry.
Mr. Rench was a mem-
ber of the Flrat United
Methodist Church, Texas
State Teachers Associa-
tion, the National Educa-
tion Association and Aus-
tin County Teachers Asso-
elation.
He was widely known
through his teaching pro-
fession. A massive display
of floral tributes and the
large attendance at his
service attested to his
high esteem.
Survivors are his wife,
Mrs. Estelle Rench of Sea-
ly; one daughter, Mrs.
William D. Ryan of Hous-
ton; dne son, Dudley
Ranch of Beaumont; two
brothers. Ear Ranch of
Bryan and Jesse Ranch of
Baytown; and five grand-
your office.
