This law has a valid public
purpose. It_js aimed at prevent-.

It was my job to feed the
cows and brother Gux milked
them. When the cows dropped

the logical explanation for the
seemingly- harsh words, about
"throwing the children’s meat
to the dogs," which Christ
addressed to a Gentile woman
who sought his help That-the
woman herself took his remark
as friendly banter is clear from
her quick - witted reply that
“even the dogs under the table
eat the children's crumbs."
Christ was-delighted wi h her
reply snd immediately granted
her request for help. The stand

of the Gospel text indicate that
He was simply pleased with
her wit.
