in Phoenix, Arizona, April 25,
1968. Our advice to local people
is to eat all the steak dinner you
are invited to; but before you
turn your money loose be sure
you know all the details. If you
are going to buy very much land
in another State for speculation
purposes it is best to go see it
with your own eyes. Sometimes
the development is off the beaten
path. Most times if it is a real bar-
gain people in the local vicinity
will buy the land before we could
hear about it.

area will be invited to dinner
within the next week or two, and
given a chance to invest in a real
estate project in Arizona. We
called the Chamber of Commerce
