or terminal yards of the Texas City
Transportation Co. and the Texas
City Terminal Co. The intention of;
this ordinance being to prohibit
smoking at wharves commonly known
as the docks and in the warehouses
used in connection with the docks
and any person violating this ordi-
nance by smoking shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and on con-
viction in the recorder’s court shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and on conviction in the recorder’s
court shall be fined not less than
