reason to believe-that not a thorough
understanding to bad, there will still
be patience and leniency shown, but
where wilful violation to found, there

Local committees have been se-

ones who have not understood the
Blanket Code, to understand it and
to operate under its provisions. These
committees will also see that there

trout—no fooling!
Can you beau this? Last Sunday,
when Frank Jensen was really going
to show hto guests a Mg time he took
them to Carancahua Bay and was
going to give them a “taste of a
real boat ride; so he started up his
boat and all piled to". and soon the
boat was off. Frank at the wheel.
They got out into mid-ocean and
Frank started searching in VAIN for
a Gulf FHHng Station. Well, well,
well! Frank really gave the guests
a treat—and a taste of sea life—he
kept them out there in the hot, hot
sun about two hours—when finally
J. S. Rascob came to his rescue. The
guests participating in this festivity
were, his mother, Mrs. Jensen, Mr.
and Mrs. Walter Jensen of Wichita
Falls, and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Pray-
tor of Wharton.
Herman to Instructing Mrs: White-
side and Celeste in fishing this week
at Camp Carancahua.
Herman really knows his "fish”
and he can tell about them too!
Value of the Newspaper
These are history-making days in life
of our Nation. Great changes are tak-
ing place. A progressive viewpoint is
grasping things. The chastening
times through which many individuals
have bravely struggled the last few
years will give way to the onward
march, of progress. The Nalfon,as
individuals, can not stand still. It
either advances or goes backwards.
Advance is the watchword.
The public press has an active part
