and Mrs. Irving Freilich and is the
granddaughter of the late Herman

land. Barbara is a legal secretary
for the law firm of Shaffer and
Davis, and Elliot is an accountant
with the Federal Government.

Barbara Ann Freilich and Elliot
Spencer Gorman were united in
marriage on Aug. 13, 1989, at

recentmarriage of Wendy Lee
The ceremony was performed
by Rabbi Jack Segal and Cantor
Irving Dean. Music for the cere-
mony was performed by Abraham
Freilich, brother of the bride along
with Clay Howell, K. R. Reddi and
Louisa Amara Smith. The cere-
mony was followed by a seated
luncheon and dancing. Music was
provided by Midstream.

is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack
Gorman and is the grandson of
the late Salomon and Rebecca
Gormezano and the late Isador

groom; Laura and Michael Eisen-
berg, sister-in-law and brother of
the bride; and Marcia and Jerry
Allen, sister and brother-in-law of
the bride. Ushers were Martin
Gruber, Marc Slotnick and Leon
A. Milman, uncles of the groom,
and Stuart Beloff, cousin of the
groom.
Wendy is the granddaughter of
Mrs. Alice Masonoff Weinstein
and the late Morris Masonoff of
Kansas City and the late Mr. and
Mrs. William Eisenberg of Kan-
Wendy graduated with high
honors from the University of
Texas at Austin where she re-
ceived her Bachelor of Arts and
her Master of Business Adminis-
tration degrees. She was elected
to Phi Beta Kappa. Wendy is a
real estate appraisal officer with
Texas Commerce Bancshares in
Austin. She is a member of the
Appraisal Institute.
Robert graduated from Brown
University in Providence, R.I.,
where he received his Bachelor
of Science degree with honors in
psychology. He earned his M.D.
degree with honors from Texas
A&M University College of Medi-
cine. He is currently completing
his residency in diagnostic radi-
ology at Scott and White Hospi-
tal in Temple. The couple honey- -
Freilich, brothers of the bride;
and Andrew McMenimen. Usher-
ing were Craig Brasky, cousin of
the groom; Stanley Cook, cousin
of the bride; Larry Stoller and .
Maury Sklar.
Lois Wilcox and Carolyn Harris
served in the house party. Dr.
Daniel Feinstein and Michael
Weisberg were the witnesses.

neckline and short lacy sleeves.
The traditional gown was trimmed
with Venetian cutwork lace and
seed pearls which swept to a
chapel length train. Barbara's veil
of white illusion was held with a
crown of white satin rose petals
and Alencon lace. To complement
her gown, the bride carried a
bouquet of white bridal roses
and stephanotis along with a fam-
ily Bible and handkerchiefs of
both her mother and mother-in-
law.
Terry Goldberg served as ma-
tron of honor and Helaine Freilich
served her cousin as maid of hon-
or. Bridesmaids included Deborah
Freilich and Lisette Gorman, sis-
ters-in-law of the bride and groom
and Esta Kronberg Davis, cousin
of the bride. Rachel Goldberg
served as the flower girl.
The groom was escorted to the
chupah by his parents. Saul Gor-
man served his brother as best
man. Groomsmen included Roger
Gorman, brother of the groom;
Joseph Freilich and Abraham
