REVISED FEE SCHEDULE
Chapter 327, Acts of the 65th Legislature, which was enacted during the
1977 regular legislative session and takes effect on August 29, 1977,
contains certain amendments to the fees to be paid to the State Secu-
rities Board. Below is a list of all fees to be paid to the Board for
filing applications and amendments after August 29.
Fees to be paid for filing applications for securities licenses are as
follows:
a. General Securities Dealer - fee, $35.00 for
original or renewal application.
b. Individual Dealer - fee, $35.00 for original
or renewal application.
c. Issuer-Dealer - fee, $35.00 for original or
renewal application.
d. Dealer in Oil and Gas Interests - fee, $35.00
for original or renewal application.
e. Restricted Bond Dealer - fee, $35.00 for
original or renewal application.
f. Restricted Real Estate Securities Dealer -
fee, $35.00 for original or renewal applica-
tion.
g. Investment Adviser - fee, $35.00 for original
or renewal of dealer/investment adviser and
$15.00 for original or renewal of a salesman/
investment adviser application.
h. Salesman - fee, $15.00 for original or renewal
application.
i. Amendment to Registration Certificate of any
dealer or salesman - fee, $5.00.Fees to be paid for filing an application for registration of securities
are as follows:
a. Application to Register Securities - fee,
$10.00 for original, renewal or amendment
application.
b. Examination of Application to Register Secu-
rities - fee, 1/10 of one percent of the ag-
gregate amount of securities to be sold in
this State, based upon the price at which
said securities will be offered to the public.
JULY PERMITS
In July the State Securities Board issued permits for 64 issuers to
sell $142,746,913 in securities.
