Separate sealed bids for the supply of SCADA IMPROVEMENTS will be received by THE CITY OF GOLDTH-
WAITE, until 2:00 P.M., June 5, 2007, at City Hall, 1218 Fisher St., Goldthwaite, Texas 76844, and then at said
location publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment,
transportation, services, labor and superintendence necessary for the installation and completion of Supervisory
Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for five (5) sites for the City of Goldthwaite, Texas.
"Any contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by a grant from the United
States Environmental Protection Agency. Neither the United States nor any of its departments, agencies or employ-
ees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to
regulations contained in 40 CFR Part 31 excluding the Davis-Bacon Act requirements and the Buy American provi-
