And the board ordered the coaches
to get prices on new football

city sates tax rebate
A check for $28 530 was received
by the City of Giddings for its share
of the sales tax for the one month
period ending Dec 4
This was down more than $4,000
from the (23.871 received for the
same period in 1986
For the year to date Giddings has
received >423 950 compared to
8510.707 for the same period in 1986
which is a 16 99 percent decrease
The City of Lexington received
$1,387 for the one month period,
which is down considerably from the
82.754 received in the same period in
1986
For the year to date Lexington
has received 834 471. compared to
840.617 for the same period of time in
1986 which is a 15 IS percent
decrease
