injury Monday when his small
light weight plane was swept off

municipal airport by a sudden
gust of wind
Allan I avell, 77. who was
taxiing his Smith mini plane at
the airport, said he was trying

out when a gust of wind shoved
the plane off
"I haven't flown here since
they finished the new taxiway,
and I just wanted to get a feel
for the taxiway today." I avell
said "There's nothing wrong
with the taxiway. I just got

instructor, said he has been fly-
