I walk in Valleys Deep
Alone and with no deep.
My Deyt and Nights are long
With little mirth or long
You see, lam old
My story long since told.
The folks that used to call
Are gone now, one and all.
The lines about my face
Are they a deep disgrace?
Will they hide me and put me away
Just because I’m tired and gray?
The Year is New . . or so I’m told
But I know not. I’m growing Old.
A kind word, touch, or smile. . .
Would ease my pain ...

to move the United States into

Israeli Premier Yitzhak Rabin

ready to negotiate and surrender

with the Arab states.” He ruled
out, however, the possibility of
Israeli withdrawal to the

The generous and
understanding response of the
community to the “Open the
Door in ’74” campaign of the
Jewish Home for the Aged
indicates an awareness of their
concern for the problems of our
elderly. We are not sure,
however, that anyone not
personally involved in the
services fully realize what the
Home means to the Residents.
What better source for this
information than a Resident? So
we arranged to have a chat with
three of them.
