August's shipments. Falcon increased 66.7 percent, Del Rio rose
19.0 percent, Laredo gained 13.8 percent, Roma was up 11.7
percent and Eagle Pass grew 4.3 percent. However, Progreso
decreased 16.6 percent, Rio Grande declined 14.1 percent,
Brownsville fell 4.4 percent and Pharr was down 3.7 percent. YTDnorthbound truck shipments were up 10.8 percent. Laredo, ac-
counting for 64.7 percent of all northbound truck traffic in Septem-
ber had a 15.0 percent increase YTD. Pharr, with 13.6 percent of
shipments, experienced an 8.5 percent increase YTD. Brownsville,
with 11.2 percent of all northbound truck shipments in September,
