dog food in a pile at location and felt that
someone was trying to kill the dog.
• Scenic Loop and IH-10, broken down
vehicle.
• 400 block of West Bandera, a tractor
was blocking traffic.
• 300 block of South Main, a vehicle was
parked on a sidewalk.
• 100 block of West Highland, a female
keeps calling the complaint.
• 200 block of West Bandera, caller stat-
ed ex-boyfriend keeps calling her.
• 200 block of Deer Creek, caller advised
he purchased a BB gun that looked like
a real gun. He wanted to know where he
could shoot it. Caller was told not to fire
in the city or outside the city without per-
mission.

$2,000, had been thrown in the swim-
ming pool; two 15-pound bags of rocks
had been dumped in the yard; and a
section of a 10-foot electric fence, in the
front yard, was knocked down, 7:47 a.m.

C. D. ‘Darrell’ Bernhard
C. D. “Darrell” Bernhard, 70,
died Sept. 29 at Methodist Hospi-
tal.
Funeral services were Oct. 1 at
Beckmann Funeral Home, Rev.
Eduardo Morales officiating. Bur-
ial was in Green Wood Cemetery.
Mr. Bernhard is survived by Tut-
tie Bernhard and children, Darrel Boerne; two brothers and sisters-in-
