• Mile Marker 542 of 1-10, Offi-
cer arrested male for possessing
less than two ounces of marijua-
na and associated paraphernalia
and driving with a suspended
driver’s license. Officer initiated
the stop because the vehicle had
an expired registration sticker,
which also had been assigned to
a different vehicle, 9:58 a.m.
• Intersection of Chaparral
Creek and Esser, EMS and police
responded to a two-vehicle acci-
dent. The female caller was
taken to Methodist Hospital.

Jones, 41, of Boerne for an out-
standing Williamson County
Warrant for possession of a con-
trolled substance with intent to
deliver. Officers pulled the vehi-
cle over for having an expired
registration sticker. Jones, the
passenger, jumped out of the car
once it stopped, and officers ad-
vised him to return to his seat.
Officer conducted a background
check because he was shaking
and was extremely nervous. The
driver was a 31-year-old female
from Austin, 12:19 p.m.

a two-vehicle non-injury acci-

Feb. 14
• 7900 Fair Oaks Parkway, An
employee of the country club re-
ported a case of criminal mis-
chief on the golf course over-
night. Toilet paper was taken
from a restroom near Hole 4 and
thrown in trees around Hole 6. A
large Live Oak Tree about 100
yards from Hole 6 was cut down
with an apparent tree handsaw.
It was about 12 inches in diame-
ter. Also, someone had defecated
in Hole 6, 7 a.m.
• 9000 block of Fair Oaks Park-
way, Officers stood by as a resi-
dent gathered his belongings,
3:06 p.m.
• 31400 Silver Spur Trail, Sev-
eral juveniles were shooting
paintball guns in the city at one
of their residences. Officer ad-
vised the owner of the residence
that it is a city ordinance violation
to shoot paintball guns within city
limits. She said they would not
do it anymore, 4:52 p.m.

• 29400 Seabiscuit, Officer in-
formed resident that a neighbor
is concerned for the safety of his
children, who often hop a fence
into her yard to retrieve toys,

way, Officer unable to locate a
stray dog, 7:05 p.m.

• 800 block of Fair Oaks Park-
way, Officer couldn’t find a sus-
picious vehicle, 11:33 a.m.

Drive, Officer was unable to lo-
cate a barking dog in the area,

cer arrested a subject for having
