Roland News
Mr. and Mrs. Olin Welborn
visited his parents over the
weekend.
The pastor, Rev Jack Smith,
reports his wife is in Presby-
terian Hospital, Dallas for a pos-
sibility of several weeks care.
Visitors at Sunday morning
services in Chambersville United
Methodist Church were Mr. and
Mrs. Olin Welborn and family
of Greenville and Mr. and Mrs.
Addison Curry and children of
Farmers Branch. The congrega-
put aside the wheelchair the
walker, and is going about on
crutches wherever she wishes.
The three pulpit chairs a love
seat and 2 chairs that have been
in the Chambersville Church for
many, many years are again
gracing the sanctuary. The old
paint was removed leaving the
original wood and a new cushion
job makes them quite an attrac-
tion, to all who see them. Come
workship with us to see the old
pieces, and the modern church
furnishings at the same place.

ones at the Chambersville Ceme-
tery on Sunday by placing flow-
ers on the graves of those gone
on. It was a day of mixed mem-
ories; memories of the dead and
memories of earlier days with
friends who were seen there.
Some had come a great distance;
Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Ruthledge,
Hico, Texas; Mrs. Edna Herron
Burton, Corpus Christi; Mrs. Lice
Chambers, Ft. Worth, and two of
her daughters; scores of others
this writer missed seeing. They
were there from Dallas, Garland,
Plano, Celina, Anna, Greenville,
