I patty at US Chestnut Street can
supply patrons with information
about safes that have been tested
I aad proven fire resistant.
The Mosler Safe Company, the
world’s largest builders of safes
and vaults, manufactures the
safes distributed by The Fulwiler
Company. All are guaranteed tc
• be fire tested by the Underwriters'
Laboratories.
Sales that are approved by the
Underwriter's Laboratories are
tested in temperatures of 1700 de-
grees F of higher from one tc
four hours and are available in
various sizes, tailored to meet the
requirements of all businesses.
Mosler safes are tested, ap-
proved and labeled by Underwrit-
ers' Laboratories Incorporated, for
- $ the 30-foot drop test, which in
V eludes impact and explosion and
carry the T-20 burglary label. La-
bel "A" safes are fire resistant
for 4 hours, label "B” safes are
fire resistant for 1 hours and la-
bel "C" safes are fire resistant
for 1 hour.
Different types are available
for all kinds of businesses and pur-
poses. Economical safes of small-
er size for offices, homes and de-
apartmental use are available, while
• a medium sized safe is adaptable
to many different kinds of records
and valuables. The large-type for
all purposes is available and com
plete with an armored-steel money
chest and a variety of interiors.
For average use, Mosler fea-
tures the insulated record contain-
er, which gives the protection of
a safe and the convenience of a
file. It to available in letter or
legal width to 1 or 4 drawer
heights. Various interior designs
are also possible to meet special-
toed protection’ requirements. The
safe's slide-in drawers can be con-
trolled by key, combination lock,
or both.
Money chests are available in
many sizes. A newly developed fea-
ture in this safe to the certified fire
protection that it given in addition
to its burglarly resistance
Qld time safes are obsolete and
detrimental to progressive business-
es Old safes are not fireproof, as
they have cast iron walls which are
subject to breakage in a fall or
impact and have wood interiors
which are stationary and inflamm-
able. In addition safes that are old
are an invitation to burglars.
Moslers safes are a challenge to
any expert cracksman. Among the
many advantages in owning a Mos-
ler safe to that burglary insurance
premiums are as much as 70% low-
er than on most safes.
While Mosler safes are outstand-
ing many ways, they are highly
rated as fire resistant it to import-
tent to have a fire-proof safe. Every
fifty-eight seconds fire starts with-
out warning. Fire insurance replac-
es buildings but not records. Forty-
three percent of all businesses that
are destroyed by fire are unable to
resume operation because their
records have been destroyed due to
obsolete safes. To be sure that your
records are assets and not ashes, re-
place your obsolete safe with a new
Mosler.
Be wise visit the Fulwiler
Printing Company for complete de-
tails. A friendly discussion is wait-
ing, as well as complete burglary
and fire protection in a Mosler safe.

Short Hair Is

The "new look” gets a “new
look." While hemlines are dropping,
hair lines are rising to soft, cas-

Third Street has a complete staff
of operators fully trained and rea-

various types of faces. Natural,
easily handled waves and short
hair will predominate in this fall's
most fashionable circles.
“Short" is the key word for fall
hair styles. To blend with it. spec-
ially arranged hairdos to suit all
types of faces can be quickly ac-
complished at Mary's Beauty Shop.
A chic, smooth style that will em-
phasize the most flattering fea-

and square faces can be applied by
master beauticians. A brief ex-
planation, demonstration and sug-
gestive tricks that add charm and
beauty to the hair will assist pat-
rons in obtaining the style they
like best.
August is the ideal time for girls
who are planning to attend col-
