To all persons interested in the
Account for Final Settlement of’
the Estate of E. W. Looney, De-
ceased, No. 3093, S. L. Looney,
(Administrator) thereof, has filed
in the County Court of Bosque
County, Texas, on the 8th day of
February A. D. 1954, his Final
Account of the condition of the
Estate of said E. W. Looney, de-
ceased, together with an Applica-
tion to be discharged from said
administration which will be heard
at the first Monday next after the
expiration of ten days from date
of (publication) the same being
the 1st day of March A. D. 1954
at the Courthouse of said County,
in the City of Meridian, at which
time and place all parties inter-
ested in the Account for Final
Settlement of said Estate are
hereby notified to appear and con-
test said Account and Applica-
tion of the said S. L. Looney, ad-
ministrator of-the estate of E. W.
Looney, Deceased, if they see
proper to do so.
