A 42nd District Court jury stood

pants in a suit contesting the will
of the late Mrs. Willie E. Camp
of Hawley and Abilene were reach-
ing a settlement

After hearing Testimony Wednes-
day afternoon, the jurors had been
dismissed at s p.m. with instruc-
tions to return at 9 a.m. Thursday.
Mrs. Griffin will have title to • 195-
acre farm at Noodle and all miner-
al rights and royalty from current
production on the farm She also
got $1,500 of $3,000 royalty earned
since the estate has been in litiga-
lion. She received an additional
9200 in cash.
The three sons will share jointly
in a 200 acre farm at Hawley,
