state convention in Dallas
and the southwest confer-
ence in San Antonio held this
pastsummer.
An informative program
regarding educational issues
being discussed at the past
special sessions of the state
legislature was presented by
Melinda Harrington. All of
us must stay informed about
these issues and communi-
cate our wishes and concerns
to our representatives.
An impressive recommit-
ment ceremony was con-
ducted by June Schuman as
the meeting was adjourned.
